Meet Jake and Trevor

We've known each other for 21 years. We grew up together playing Dungeons & Dragons, eating pizza, and talking about our goals late into the evening. While those late nights have come and gone, our passion for creating stories, working as a team, and building fun has not. 

Trevor, has been pursuing a career in Agile ways of working with teams as well as consulting. He consults in ways of creating efficiencies and transparency among teams and sets systems in place that establish shared understanding of how a team operates. After work, Trevor loves spending time with his wife of 10 years and 3 year old son and eagerly awaits the arrival of their second son! He also plays and facilitates tabletop games with friends, as well as streams online gameplay. 

Today, Jake has built a successful career in project management and data analytics, empowering teams and refining processes. After work, Jake spends time with family and designing role-playing games for various streams, and talking about the link between team dynamics and role-playing games on a variety of podcasts. Jake sees an direct link between team-building, personal growth, and the flexible, fun worlds available in role-playing games.
